This Offer is brought to you by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited ("Versuni") in collaboration with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.(“BIgCity”) Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before registering/entering to avail the “Offer”. You agree that by registering your details to avail the offer, you will be bound by these T&Cs, and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all offer eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
The term “Gold Coin” used wherever in these T&Cs shall mean and include the Gold Coin of upto 2gm only, the term “Cashback” used wherever in these T&Cs shall mean and include the Cashback upto Rs 250/- Only.  “Offer” shall mean and include a chance to get an assured Gold Coin or Cashback or Home Appliances Product of Philips brand by Versuni. 

1.  Eligibility: You are eligible to avail a chance to win a Gold Coin or Cashback on the fulfillment of the following conditions interalia among the other terms and conditions mentioned in this document.  You should have purchased Philips Brand Home appliances products among Mixer Grinder, AirFryer or Garment Steamer, (herein referred to as ‘Product’) from designated retail shops located at Kerala.
Employees of Versuni, their immediate family members and Versuni ’s affiliates or consultants or Service Provider or Retailers or Dealers or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Offer.

2. Participation Mechanism: To enter the Offer, follow these steps:
i. Visit the Designated Store: Customer should visit the designated stores/retailer shops located in Kerala. 
ii. Purchase Product (as defined above)
iii. Follow the instructions mentioned on Voucher received with the Product. 
iv. Scan the QR code available on the Voucher, or visit the website www.onamoffer.in, 
v. Provide the details as required to be provided on www.onamoffer.in including but not limited to Voucher Code (Mentioned on the Scratch panel of the Voucher), Name, Email ID, Mobile Number,  City, Store Name, SKU Purchased, Invoice Date, Invoice/Bill No. and upload a copy of your bill/Invoice for verification.
vi. A maximum of one voucher code can be used per person, mobile number, email ID, invoice/bill and bank account during the promo period. Multiple eligible models in a single invoice will be eligible for only one scratch coupon and one-time cashback redemption or a chance to win gold coin
vii. Post completion of the above process, Bill verification will take 24-48 hours to be verified by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd, post which Customer will receive the cashback. Provided that for the Customer eligible for receiving the Philips Home Appliances Products/ Gold Coin as per the offer, need to show the official verification message received from BigCity with code at the same retail store from where the Product was purchased by the Customer to grab the prize reward. 

3. Offer Mechanism:
1. The offer is only applicable in the state of Kerala
2. Only the purchases made between 1st August 2025 to 30th September 2025 will be considered for the Offer or such other date and time as may be decided by Versuni at its sole discretion for all the purchases made from designated retailer in Kerala only.
3. The Customer will need to register the voucher within 30 days of their purchase or before the last date to register i.e. 31st October 2025, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
4. Customer is eligible for Offer through this scratch coupon within 30 days from the date of purchase. If anyone enters the offer beyond 30 days from the date of invoice, their claim will be automatically rejected. The last date to register is 31st October 2025. 
5. If a Customer wins gold coin through this offer and the details are duly validated by Versuni, Customer shall show the verification message at the retail store from where the Customer has purchased the product – Retailer will arrange and handover to end Customer within 15 days from confirmation. 
6. If your entry is incomplete due to any reasons whatsoever, or if you use robotic, automatic intelligence, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be considered void, making you ineligible for participation.

4. Miscellaneous:
1. Versuni reserves the right to change any of the terms of these T&Cs, modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Offer, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Offer Participants.
2. Versuni  and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd may, in its sole discretion, can deny the offer to any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the documents required for availing the offer or the promotion of the offer (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or (d) Attempting to avail the Offer through fraud or unfair means. 
3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Versuni and its affiliates, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability that may be asserted against or incurred by any of them at any time, in connection with entry, or participation or use of the Offer.
4. Versuni and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by any force majeure event interalia the following: weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, epidemic, pandemic, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God restriction on usage of any social media platform, systemic electrical, telecommunications, network or other utility failures or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
5. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits/ Offer shall be entertained.
6. The Payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. 
7. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
8. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or Versuni India Home Solutions Limited be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honored by the payment processing partner.
9. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Versuni India Home Solutions Limited be the value of the voucher as the case may be.
10. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
11. No queries, claims, disputes, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited and its agency after 15 days from the date of the closure of the contest/promotion period.
12. Offer valid for In-Store purchases only.
13. By redeeming the offer provided on the voucher, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions above.
